Establish, develop and monitor a system-wide accident prevention program for all passengers / baggage terminals and airport ramps based on the available indicators upgrade safety standards at the ramps and terminals and ensure the safety of lives and properties as well as to minimize financial losses resulting from accidents / incidents / violations and human malpractice. Monitor the safety in all activities and follow-up with all accidents / incidents and violations in the ramps and passengers & baggage handling terminals. Carry out periodical audits and investigations of all accidents and safety related activities and operations in work sites at KAIA, southern region, international stations, central and eastern regions. Take the preventive measures in coordination with the concerned departments as per approved safety policies.
