WHAT is (ACRS)'s aim?
1. Improve our understanding of human factors issues that affect the safety of SV operations.
2. Increase the flow of safety related information between employees and their management, thus enhancing safety at Saudi Arabian Airlines.
3. Learn from each other experience as reported.
4. Identify hidden safely deficiencies and discrepancies in the operational activities of Saudi Arabian Airlines.
5. Provide data for possible safety improvements to the current system and planning for the future.
What Shall I report?
1.Human Errors.
2.Unsafe practices.
3.Health and Safety matters affecting operating procedures.
4.Regulatory Aspects.
5.Unintentional noncompliance.
6.Reports concerning criminal offenses, gross negligence that constitute potential hazard to aviation.
What I Shall not report ?
·Issues involving conflicts of personal.
·Industrial relations and/or terms and conditions of employment problems.
·Administrative / services qualities that are not safety related.
When do I report?
When observing a safety issue or experiencing a safety-related event, he or she should note the problem or event and describe it in enough detail so others could benefit from it.

How do I report ?
1. Fill ACRS form that can be downloaded form CS website (www.safety.sv.net) or hard copy obtained from flight Operations in JED, then drop it in Corporate Safety blue Box, which is usually used for ASR & CSR collection.
2. Or visit Corporate Safety Confidential Reporting Office located in Saudia City Building SC 16-2 Jeddah, during Office hours 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
3. Login Corporate Safety Website using the Aviation Quality Database Program “AQD”.
4. Email Corporate Safety confidential reporting system at "Confidential@saudiairlines.com.sa".
